Alps from the village Bardonecchia

Dear Deshpande,

Here is a brief description of the place.

It is a village called Bardonecchia, in Valle di Susa , not far from the city of Tourin. It is at 1300 m.  Temperature 0 degrees.

The region belongs to the north western Alps, at the border with France.

Some days ago the snowing was very intense and abundant!

My cousin is there…

A Note

Bardonecchia is a charming, high-altitude Italian town in the Susa Valley of the Piedmont region, near the French border. Known for its 100 km of skiing, it hosted the 2006 Winter Olympics snowboarding events. It is a premier year-round mountain destination, offering hiking, mountain biking, and a vibrant town center (Via Medail) with many restaurants and amenities. Bardonecchia is a charming, high-altitude Italian town in the Susa Valley of the Piedmont region, near the French border.
