Let the flame create intense life
अग्निज्वाला घडवी तीव्र जीवन
उचंबळून येता आंतरिक भावना
घडू दे तीव्र जीवन अग्निज्वालांनी;
कल्पनेचे थवे मारे उंच उंच भरारी,
स्फूर्ती पाठवी शब्द आविष्काराचे;
सुवर्णशांतीचा महिमा असा की
येई दूरगामी महार्प्रज्ञेची ऋद्धी;
आमंत्रण आहे समृद्धीच्या मेजवानीचे,
सौराग्नीत शिजवलेली मूलपक्वान्ने;
आसमंतात जशी होई जागृताची फेरी
सुगंध दरवळे चोहीकडे नवकाव्याचा.

Following a certain email discussion here are my thoughts about this poem, that it should be seen more as a mystical than philosophical presentation:
The thrust in the piece is on mystical aspects which make it look philosophical. Lyricism in it is rather difficult, particularly when in Marathi language with its leaning on the Classical there is a certain limitation for deeper perceptions. This poem is heavily Sanskritic and I am unable to find Prakritic synonyms with expressive contents. In any case, this is a new metaphysics to Marathi poetry. It must also be understood that Mystic Poetry has the Inner Mental mode of expression rich in symbolism and images with its own logic and discursiveness. This means, there has to be in the reader another kind of openness. Remember, not Ramayana but the Upanishads, the Gita.
