The Winds of Wonder

In tranquil courtyard under the silver-blue Flag
Is Imagination bursting forth in joy;
Oh the fragrance of enthusing festival!
Dense efflorescence with heaven’s applauding smile,
A golden shower breezing with scented urge!
And from splendidest sky down zooms a winning bird,
The fame that celebrates beauty in blaze;
Idea imagined, and gifted the hanging blooms.

रजतनीलध्वजस्य अधः शान्तप्राङ्गणे
कल्पना आनन्देन स्फुटति ;
अहो उत्साहपूर्णोत्सवस्य सुगन्धः !
स्वर्गस्य ताडितस्मितेन सह घनपुष्पं , 
सुगन्धित-आग्रहेण वायुः प्रवहति स्म सुवर्णवृष्टिः !
भव्यतमात् आकाशात् च विजयी पक्षिणं पातयति ,
भव्यतमात् आकाशात् अधः उड्डीयते विजयी पक्षी ,
ज्वालायां सौन्दर्यम् आचरति या यशः ;
सिद्धान्तः कल्पितवान्, लम्बमानपुष्पाणि च उपहाररूपेण दत्तवान् ।

Cassia fistula or golden shower, Indian laburnum, Bâton casse, Canéficer, Casse, Casse fistuleuse.  A medium-sized tree strikingly beautiful when in bloom, in April-June.

The Mother tells about the significance of Imagination: 
“Descent of the Light. It flows towards the earth in harmonious waves.”
