These deep blue-winged tunes

Listen to these deep blue-winged tunes of music,

A miracle of hush in colours of flying joy;

They just came from far away soaring mountain

Born at the beginning of rewarding time;

It’s a ladder climbing to calm solitudes

Claiming mysteries in the dense earthly;          

Not future but tomorrow is already here

With soul’s confidence in heart and mind and body.

एते गभीराः नीलपक्षिणः धुनयः

एतानि गहनानि नीलपक्षिणः सङ्गीतस्य धुनयः शृणुत,

आरोहणहर्षवर्णेषु निःशब्दस्य चमत्कारः;

ते दूरतः एव उड्डीयमानः पर्वतः आगताः

पुरस्कृतकालस्य आरम्भे जातः;

एकान्तवासं शान्तं कर्तुं सोपानम् आरोहणं भवति

सघनेषु पार्थिवेषु रहस्यानि धारयन्;

न भविष्यत् किन्तु श्वः अत्रैव अस्ति,

हृदये मनसि शरीरे च आत्मनः विश्वासे
