The Winds of Wonder

Night and Flame

Uncounted are wonders of the deepening night,

Promising intensities held by her spirit;

Maybe there is death, maybe there is falsehood,

But works always daring fortitude through all;

One day the winning roar will carry tranquil hope

And resounding voices echo in hills and dales;

Stars will inaugurate laughters of fortune

And night and flame blaze in the super-fire.

निशा ज्वाला च

अगणितानि चमत्काराणि गभीररात्रिः,

तस्याः आत्मायाः धारिताः आशाजनकाः तीव्रताः;

कदाचित् मृत्युः अस्ति, कदाचित् मिथ्यात्वम् अस्ति,

परन्तु सर्वेषां माध्यमेन सदैव साहसं धैर्यं कार्यं करोति;

एकस्मिन् दिने विजयी गर्जनः शान्तं आशां वहति

गिरिद्रोणीषु च प्रतिध्वनिताः स्वराः प्रतिध्वनन्ति;

तारकाः सौभाग्यस्य हास्यस्य उद्घाटनं करिष्यन्ति

निशा ज्वाला च प्रचण्डाग्नौ प्रज्वलति।
