The Winds of Wonder

The zeal of becoming

Nothing is more stupefying than the nothing,

In it unborn miracles waiting for the birth;

Unnumbered the flowers in the smiling garden,

Like ideas that come from the book of the real;

Here is a river, at once the source and the sea,

Simply the utter joy in ease to reach all where;

So there are lakes and lagoons and rivulets

Rushing in the spirit’s zeal of becoming.

भवितुं उत्साहः

न किमपि विस्मयतरं किमपि नास्ति,

तस्मिन् जन्म प्रतीक्षमाणाः अजन्माश्चमत्काराः;

असंख्यातानि पुष्पाणि स्मितोद्याने,

यथा वास्तविकस्य पुस्तकात् आगच्छन्ति विचाराः;

अत्र नदी सद्यः, स्रोतः समुद्रश्च,

केवलं सर्वत्र प्राप्तुं सहजतया सर्वथा आनन्दः;

अतः सरोवराः जलजलाशयाः नद्यः च सन्ति

भवितुं आत्मायाः उत्साहे त्वरितम्।
